Wow what a place. If you like good quality food or fine dining or just want an experience I highly recommend going out to Sapori. The food here is amazing and just delicious. Not only that the restaurant itself is amazing the decor and the staff make for an amazing atmosphere. We were lucky to sit just in front of the kitchen which has a huge service window and I was amazed to see the chefs interact and do their thing. We had the tasting menu which I recommend if you haven't been before I will be going again to try the a la carte menu. Absolutely brilliant.

We had family on a Friday evening. Food was well-presented and served on reasonable time. Full housed restaurant with great dining atmosphere. Cosy, not too noisy or overly formal. Great service by Floyd.

What irks me the most is when the crew never looks at you when explaining for the dish and this was the owner I think or the manager. The food was exceptional, I even suggested they should open one in London as the quality was stupendous. But when you look at the other person in all of your explanation and rarely to me, that's just straight-up disrespectful. I don't mind encouraging people to come in as the food has Michelin-potential or at least a nod. I would suggest to take the wine pairing as I did enjoy the drinks paired with the tasting menu. Although, considering it being an Italian restaurant, I thought a bruschetta would be a typical opener or a canoli at the end or a thicker, fork-friendly risotto or a playful deconstructed tiramisu. There isn't even a pasta dish perhaps a squid-ink pasta carbonara with truffle shavings. So, maybe not necessarily a Michelin-potential then but a must-visit.

Lunch Italian fine dining We've not been here since they had their makeover. What a great job.The restaurant looks stunning. It's not your run of the mill family run Italian restaurant. Not a pizza or garlic bread in sight. Although they do have some pasta dishes available. We went for their three course set menu £35. Starters Pancia di maiale, cavolo nero, pastinaca, mela Crispy pork belly, cavolo nero, parsnips, apple Salmone, barbabietola, carciofi e cetrioli Cured salmon, beetroot, grilled artichoke, cucumber Mains Merluzzo, pomodori e patate Pan-fried Atlantic cod, marinated tomato, potato bignet Stracotto di manzo locale e sedano rapa Slow cooked British blade of beef, celeriac purée Desserts Tortino tiepido al dulcey de leche, sorbetto al cacao e amarene Warm dulce de leche fondant, cocoa sorbet, amarene cherry Semifreddo al grand marnier e clementine Grand marnier and clementines parfait Everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious ???? Their head chef Andreas Carpatit runs the kitchen and the front of house are very professional. We hear the restaurant is very popular with a local football ⚽️ team. Forget the name of them???? We will have to return to try their tasting menu.
