Visited this salon for the first time today and there’s only one word to describe my experience, AMAZING!! Jess and Chloe were so friendly and the treatments that I had with them were first class. So good that I rebooked with them before I left. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked an appointment for a treatment for which they took a £30 deposit. I went away for a long weekend before the treatment, and an unpublicised rail strike prevented me from returning the day before. I was very upset as I had to find alternative accommodation overnight which proved expensive and forgot about the appointment because of the stress of the rail strike and having to find somewhere to stay. I explained the situation to Beauty Haven, but instead of just agreeing to move my appointment, thus saving my deposit, they took the deposit and said that if I wanted to book another appointment, they would insist on taking another £30 deposit, which is extremely cynical of them, especially as the situation was out of my control. I will never consider using them again
I had an amazing facial and massage done by Gabriella today. She was incredibly professional and tailored both the treatments to my preference and skin type. The Decelor facial was amazing, and the products were applied in such a soothing and relaxing way. I loved the way Gaberiella incorporated massage techniques into the facial, I felt like I was in a spa! Hands down the best facial I’ve ever had! The massage was also very relaxing and I felt like a lot of the tension in my muscles just melted away. Thank you Gabriella, looking forward to more treatments in future!
Had an appointment with the new therapist Gabriella. She was brilliant. Sorted my back out so well. thank you! I regularly visit this salon for a deep tissue back massage. The staff are friendly, the place is relaxing and clean! The prices are very reasonable and they do a fantastic job! Farren is brilliant and i genuinely walk out feeling a lot less tension in my back and shoulders. Thank you!
