I have been using Charisma for a few months now, the staff are very friendly, welcoming and always very accommodating. I always ask for Nav, she does all my treatments, she is very bubbly and always a joy to be around. The laser treatment is also working very well, i have seen amazing results within the first few sessions. They also give good advice on what package is needed for you and aftercare.
Absolutely incredible results with this. I had very thick dark hair all over having to shave it all everyday and after my first treatment I already saw significant and major reduction in hair growth and after my fifth treatment I have only had to shave my legs once every two weeks. The girls are lovely and efficient and neat and I always get excellent communication and service here. Would recommend 100%.
Visited the salon to get haircuts for myself and my niece. We both love our after cut looks. Massa did a great job with my nieces hair, thank you for that. And thanks to Sherry(apologies if misspelt) for doing such a good job with my hair. Very satisfied with our visit ☺️
I have been coming to charisma for many years and the range of treatments they provide is amazing. Currently I’m having Lypo treatment and feel Martina is just so well trained I have seen good results straight away. I’ve also been having facial from Roopam which has transformed my skin so happy with the results and 5* service every time :)
