On a business trip to Leicester a d booked in here for a week. Rooms are standard Premier Inn, comfy amd well kept. Reception staff are very friendly and in this heat have supplied chilled water for guests at reception. Room don't have AC but a fan is in the room, didnt help much and room was very hot, but a good shower was a welcome. Had breakfast supplied each day, eat as much as you like, very nice. Very helpful on one day when work started before and break was after breakfast hours, so was supplied with a breakfast takeaway, two sandwiches, one sausage, one bacon, pot yoghurt, bagel with butter and selection of jams, two small muffins, apple and banana, great service. Evening meal in the adjoined pub was good and selection of beers. All in all a nice hotel. Just outside of town, but with good connection to Leicester City by road and local bus route (Nexus Direct). If your visiting Leicester this is a good base away from the hustle and bustle of town. Recommended ????
It was a good 15 mins before the meet and greet at the door ,by this time there were two parties waiting Eventually being seated it took a while to be offered drinks and the food order to be take also a very long time between courses. On the up side the food was hot and good value buta little small
Great location, rooms were average but could do with a deep clean in my opinion. Plenty of parking, the restaurant next door was pretty good too.
