Went in customer service to collect a raffle price from their car boot event about a month ago. Staff was very polite and friendly. The customer service area with the shop right next to it was very clean, spacious, some good pet foods, beds, toys, and more. Also some great advice on different animals. Free car parking spaces right outside, including disabled parking spaces.
Just did a fete here, it was lovely to see how the staff got into the spirit and all proceeds go to woodside. They put the fogs away as to kit stress them out but one dog was walked 6 times whilst I was there as really doesn't like kennels. The staff go above and beyond. The shop is full of really nice produce and products for your animals
We adopted little Cockle from Woodside last Sunday, and we hardly saw him for 2 days as he was a bit nervous, and hid under the kitchen cabinets! It didn't take long for him to come out of his shell though, and now he is very relaxed and extremely well behaved. No accidents at all, he is a very good boy when using his litter tray and he even uses his scratching g post. Thank you to all the staff and volunteers at woodside, you do a fantastic job. Just thought I'd let you know that we love Cockle and he seems to like us too ????
Amazing rescue, amazing staff so lovely and very passionate for their animals. I adopted my staffy here when she was 3 years old and competed her at the rspca charity agility we had no training just did it for fun and to contribute and we came 4th haha. She is honestly the best dog I've ever connected with thankyou rspca for giving me my bestfriend. She is now 9 years old here's some photos to follow
