If I could give 0 stars I would. Wow. So rude. It's a good job the woman working as a groomer works with dogs and not humans because her people skills are shocking. After multiple phone calls and voicemails over the last couple of weeks I finally got an appointment for a full groom...(I understand they're busy grooming so can't always get to the phone but I would have expected a call back)...Also online system doesn't work. Today's appointment was fine at drop off, the girl seemed nice. It was a different girl on collection though, after being told a full groom would be 1 hour (and £40) I was called after 40 minutes to collect as there was other dogs waiting and they needed my little man 'out the way' as the had nowhere to 'store him' . I was then made to feel a bad dog mum as I was told not to leave it so long between claw cutting.... despite the fact that appointments had been booked and cancelled on me, then rearranged, then voicemails ignored by them. My still damp dog is none the wiser but I won't be going back. This is the first review I've ever done for anything but they definitely need to know how much their attitude stinks.
DO NOT USE MY GROOMERS. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! Picked my dog up collapsed in the floor shaking! And half shaved off. Taking legal action. Do not trust them with your animals. Absolutely heart broken.
Took my dog bonnie for a groom , when she came out hadn't been groomed had a shaver pushed al over her ,no fur left ,(no1 cut in barbers ) i could of done better and saved 45£ won't be going again !!!
Took my 9 month old husky here for his 1st groom, paying for the works to be done with the added de-shed. I dropped him off at 10am and they informed me he would be ready at 11.15am. They called me at 10.30am saying he is done and that he got agitated with the dryer which i informed them when I dropped him off. They told me he would have to air dry. I got home and noticed he still had alot of excess fur so got the brush out. It was evident that he did not have a de-shed. So what did I pay for that I couldn't do at home? I will not be taking him back. Total rip off!! So I'm out of pocket £45 with a wet dog that continues to shed everywhere. The picture below shows the fur that came out of him after 2 minutes of brushing ????
I have been a few times now and service been ok. Went on 16-12-2021 to have all three of my dogs groomed and was over charged and when I said it was wrong the staff member was very rude and just walked into the back. They never told me what I was paying for or if and what's been done to any of my dogs. Also left one of my dogs face wet. I will not be returning back to the groom room thats for sure. Merry Christmas ????
