I’m not one of those people who likes to write reviews but I thought I should for this one. Well I’ve been here for the first time and will definitely be the last. Went here for a hair spa, and i tell you, the staff here is not experienced at all the girl who did the hair wash before starting the treatment didn’t even wash my hair properly, just put on a mask on hair that was dripping wet and wrapped a hot towel around my hair since they didn’t have a hair steamer. They kept the mask on for around 20 minutes, and by the time the towel around my hair which was there for steam was by now soooo cold. Then the same girl washed the mask (the mask was still there without being properly washed. Never ever going back!!!!!
Dirty disgusting place. Woman didn't turn up to my appointment despite confirming the day before The apprentice did a good job but shameful her employer doesn't pay her overtime
I’ve visited Humera’s Hair & Beauty a couple of times now and I have been happy on both occasions. Good prices and friendly staff. I look forward to returning to try out other recommended treatments ❤️
Went for the first time and the lady called Naina wasn't experienced at all as she didn't do a very good job of waxing and threading my face. I felt she was very unprofessional as she was rushing her job. Whilst putting the wax on me, she wasn't attentive at all as she was on a phone call throughout majority of the appointment hence she missed patches of hair and when it came to my eyebrows, she ruined them completely. I found it quite expensive and for what I paid, I surely didn't receive excellent service which was disappointing really as I heard good reviews about this place.
