Absolutely rubbish. Avoid! They more scamers then recruitment agency. Agreed job with Jade (class 2 mixer driver) on Friday to start on Monday, obviously haven't received start time.....Nevermind.. they said you will start on Tuesday. Received message on Monday with start time for Tuesday for assessment, training day. Arrived as agreed... Of course! no one even was aware of it, no booking made, client said we not expecting anyone today for training or assessment so turned me away. And guess if they gonna pay for all day lost? Minimum 8 hours pay???? This type of agencies must be banned.
All these negative reviews must be about a different agency? Your all deluded. This is the best agency to work for. Never late payment if anything it’s early. Always a pleasure popping in for coffee and a chat. The girls are all amazing and well Micheal he’s a top boss. In all my years working for agency’s this one is out in front by MILES. I’ve worked for more recruitment for a good few years now and after bad experiences with other agencies lying and making late payments. More recruitment are the ONLY agency I will work for. The team are friendly and very helpful and have found me work at the click of a finger when ever I’ve needed it. Wages have always been payed on time and at a fair rate, sometimes a bit more than other agencies have been paying on the same work. By far the best agency I’ve ever worked for. 5*****
Great agency who I used when I re-trained for a new career last year as I needed a job for a few months. Luke, Michael and the team were professional and friendly ensuring the role worked for me and ensured everything was set up swiftly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them as nothing was too much trouble for them.
After dealing with Luke Birmingham before being passed over to his team who was very helpful and I was given on going construction work in Birmingham and ended up with a full time job through the process.
