I had been trying to look for a job for months before I joined Reed. Sooner after I had joined, Tracey Ball called me regarding a vacancy. Tracey had taken the time to look through my CV and find a job that was suitable for me. All of a sudden, things happened so fast! Within days, I had an interview lined up and I was told shortly after that I had been successful getting the job! As it was my first interview in a while, Tracey sent me interview tips via email to give me the best possible chance at being successful in the interview. When I had an issue with my old employer being very slow to provide a reference, Tracey was extremely helpful, liaising with my new employer to help chase up my references. Throughout the entire process, Tracey has been very professional, helpful and understanding. Without Tracey and Reed, I never would have known about the job and I probably would have been still looking for one! Registered with Reed more than 4 years ago and they have kept me working as much as I wanted to. My most recent contract has lasted almost 3 years and is the perfect job for me. The recruiters are available, helpful at all times and have always resolved any queries quickly, usually within a day. Thank you for making temporary contracts a good experience.
