As far as recruitment agencies goes, Emily. L was the best I could have asked for. Macildowie, are lucky to have her. Having placed me in two roles now, one temporary and one permanent. She listened to my preferences and always told me about roles available. All the roles she put me forward for were great, I always felt like one of the top candidates. She really understood my skill set and what I was looking for. Previous experience with others from Macildowie not so much.

I sent my CV for a temporary HR admin job through Macildowie. However after speaking to Emily Lanning I decided that the job was not suitable due to the location. Emily was very pleasant and didn't try to push me into going for the job. Emily then called me a week or two later regarding another job. She sent my CV to the company and they immediately came back and offered me a temporary to permanent HR admin starting in a few days time without needing an interview.
